Today's menu

I'm going to share today's menu to give you an idea as to what I eat each day.

Breakfast was, well, a cup of coffee.  I'm not proud of that.  But then I ate about half an egg scrambled with 5% goat's milk ricotta, soy and almond milk for my mid-morning snack (I eat every three hours, usually 5, sometimes 6 times a day)

Lunch was a small serving of mango yogurt drink.

Afternoon snack was 1/3C ground veggie burger and cooked green beans in tomato sauce.

Dinner was the aforementioned cheese blintz and as a lat evening snack, which I usually try to avoid, I had some of the baked cauliflower than didn't make it into the quiche (I had too much cauliflower in there so some just baked on top instead of baking into the egg mixture).  It was delicious!  But I didn't eat it slow enough and am paying the price for it now.  I was just so starved for yummy veggies!
